Croydon should represent everything that is cultural and creative, with centres of excellence in Design, Music, Technology and the Arts. Culturally diverse and with a strong vocal community base, Croydon represents the reality of life, (the working single mother, the separated but successful family, the hard working dyslexic child, the disabled and the old) as well as those who have different circumstances, (the married working couple, the close family unit, the academic privileged child, the young and the able). Where Support for the community is holistic, and is more important than campaigning for the next election; and improving homelessness, unemployment and crime are approached with long term and long lasting solutions, (rather than short term statistical results): this is Croydon. Croydon is the place we are proud to call home. We want to tell all our friends that they should live here too.
